If you get “0 contacts found.”, this is caused because an exact company match was not found in the jigsaw database. In this case you will want to perform a broader search. The best way to do this, is by using the “Current Google Listing” link, and then copying and pasting the url into jigsaw. The following video shows this process. If results are still not found, then this may be an excellent opportunity to earn jigsaw points, by adding the company to jigsaw.
- What should I do if the broader search doesn't work?
